Before you write about an order
Have your order number ready. If you are asking where a package is, check the tracking link in your shipping confirmation first, since the carrier will always know more than we do.

All sales are final
We do not accept returns, refunds or exchanges, including for size. Season 1 was made in a single run and is not being restocked, so there is no replacement stock to swap into. If you are unsure about a size, email us before you order and we will tell you what we would pick.

If your order arrived damaged, or you were sent something other than what you ordered, that is on us. Email within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photograph and we will sort it out.
