Do you offer free shipping?

Standard shipping is free on United States orders over $100. Below that, live USPS rates are shown at checkout. International orders pay shipping at checkout.

When will my order ship?

Please allow up to two weeks for your order to ship. You will get a tracking number by email the moment it does.

Where is my order?

Every order gets a tracking number in a confirmation email once it has shipped. After that the package is in the postal service's hands. We are happy to help you look for it, but reach out to the carrier first, since they can tell you far more about where it actually is.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide. International customers are responsible for shipping costs and for any customs duties, import taxes or fees charged by their country. Those are set by your government, not by us, and they are not included in what you pay at checkout.

Can I return or exchange something?

No. All sales are final. We do not accept returns, issue refunds or process exchanges, including for sizing.

Season 1 was made in a single run and is not being restocked, so there is no replacement stock to swap into. Please read the fit and sizing notes on the product page before you order. If you are between sizes or unsure about the fit, email support@bumequipmentclothing.com before you buy and we will tell you what we would pick.

If your order arrives damaged, or you received something other than what you ordered, that is on us. Email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photograph and we will sort it out.

How do I find my size?

Every product page has a fit note in the description and a Size guide panel underneath it. The t-shirts and the shorts carry full measurement charts in inches. The t-shirts and the shorts are true to size, so order your normal size. The womens crop tank is cut close. The zip-up hoodie is cut oversized on purpose, so order your normal size for the intended fit or size down for something closer to the body. Because all sales are final, it is worth emailing us before you order if you are unsure. We would rather answer a question than have you stuck with the wrong size.

What is the number on the hoodie tag?

The zip-up hoodie is an edition of forty. Every one is labeled by hand, 1/40 through 40/40, and yours is the only one carrying that number. It is the single numbered piece in Season 1. The rest of the collection is not numbered.

Will you restock?

No. Season 1 was made once, in one run, and nothing is coming back. When a size sells out it is gone for good. Join the list on the homepage and you will hear about the next drop before anyone else.
